Add/Delete a Joint Owner-
Use this form to add or delete additional owners to your accounts.
Keep in mind that once an individual is named to your account, he/she
has full access to the account. Conversely, only primary owners
are eligible to delete a joint owner from an account.
Stop Payments-
Choose the appropriate form to stop items from clearing your
checking or savings account. The fee of $20.00 for this service
will be deducted from the account in which the item would have attempted
to clear.

Change Your Address-
Keep us up-to-date and your mail on time by using this easy form
to update us of your new address. Whether youve moved across
town or have had your address updated by the U.S. Postal Service,
keeping us informed saves you time and money.
Change Your Name-
Use this form along with a copy of your new drivers license,
marriage certificate or other state ID to let us know youve
changed your name.
Change Your Direct Deposit-
Hannaford Brothers Payroll requires this form when you wish to have
your entire check deposited into an account here at the credit union.
Use this form to initiate, stop or change which account will receive
your paycheck. Fax or mail this to the branch.
Change Payroll Deduction-
Hannaford Brothers Payroll requires this form when you wish to have
a portion of your check deposited into an account here at the credit
union. Use this form to initiate, stop or change a deduction from
your check. Fax or mail to the branch.
Set Up a Member to Member
Transfer-
Use this form if you wish to be able to transfer to another members
account from one of your own. You may choose to download the form
and submit it directly to the credit union or click on the Home
Banking link to enter Express Net and set it up yourself. (For instructions
on how to set up this type of transfer through Express Net, please
see our Frequently Asked Questions, FAQs.
Order Checks-
You can enter Express Net to re-order your style of checks or you
can download this form if you have information that has changed
on your account. (You can view our FAQs
to answer any questions you may have about ordering checks through
Express Net)
Change Audio PIN-
This PIN (Personal Identification Number) is used to access our
24 x 7 telephone service, where you can check balances, make transfers,
or request a check drawn from your account, to name a few of the
services. Keep in mind that this PIN is normally different from
your ATM/Debit card PIN.
Lost or Stolen Card-
Youve just noticed your card is missing, what do you do? First
thing is to notify us of your card being missing and then well
go from there. Enter Express Net to hot card your ATM/Debit card
or call 800-852-1012 option 3 to report it, then fill out the
form below and mail, fax or email it to our attention. If you need
to report your Visa® credit card lost or stolen, call 800-991-4961
then fill out the form below so that we know to issue you a new
card.
Close Your Account-
We hate to see you go, but sometimes reality gets in the way. Please
remember that you are not required to close your account just because
you are no longer employed by Hannaford or its affiliates. Once
a member, always a member!
