Address Change
Please fill out this form in order to change your address with Trademark FCU. Please sign and either mail, fax, or scan this form to e-mail and send it back.

Courtesy Pay-
Please click on our Courtesy Pay brochure in order to review this service, as well as to opt in for the service. In order to utilize this service our members must opt in (in writing).

Deposit Slips -
Print these out and send them in with your mailed deposits.

Dispute Charges or Withdrawals-
Select the one of the following forms to dispute an item that has posted to your account.

*Please note that Debit Card Transaction Fraud - Form 2 of 2 requires a Notary Public's signature/seal.

E-Payment Signup (not for Direct Deposit)-
E-Payment is an automatic scheduled electronic transfer of funds between Trademark FCU and another financial institution. You can send money to another institution or have money deposited into your account at Trademark FCU.

ExpressLine Assistance -
Print out this document and keep it handy when calling ExpressLine. This document will show you the most common menu options.
NOTE:
When doing any Financial Transaction, you must hit 1# to complete the transaction. You will be told whether or not your transaction was accepted or rejected.
The leading zero's in front of your member number are not accepted or needed when using the system.

Fee Schedule-

HBC Payroll Deduction -
Use this form to Add, Increase, Decrease or Cancel your Hannaford Brothers Co. to Trademark FCU payroll deductions.

Loan/Visa Application -
Use this form to apply for any one of our various loan products and for our VISA card. If you are signed up for ExperssNet (online banking), you can apply online!

Membership Application -
Use this form if you would like to become a member of the credit union, if you would like to add/change a joint owner, change your name or if you would like a second account with the credit union. We require one valid form photo ID with this form. Please copy and mail or fax legible copies of your identification.

Stop Payments-
Choose the appropriate form to stop items from clearing your checking or savings account. The fee of $20.00 for this service will be deducted from the account in which the item would have attempted to clear.
